Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Ability to obtain a clear background check within the agency's timeline.
• Minimum of one year of experience with creative and visual art programs.
• Use of equipment and tools related to work.
• Principles related to youth development.
• Group leadership skills and understanding of group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an arts program that enables youth to develop their creativity.
