Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking enthusiastic After-School Soccer Instructors in Baltimore, MD to lead engaging programs for elementary students. This part-time, after-school role operates on weekdays with 1.5-hour sessions and no weekend work.

Curriculum and equipment are provided; in-person position across Baltimore City. Ideal candidates are athletic-minded, dependable, and eager to mentor children while building leadership and coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Soccer coaching or playing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfortable teaching students in grades K-5.
• Must complete Baltimore City Public Schools background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer sessions for elementary students.
• Teach age-appropriate soccer fundamentals and skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students.
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
