San Diego Padres is seeking a Ballpark Security Supervisor (Day Shift) to lead the Security Department and ensure top-tier safety for players, staff, and guests at Petco Park. The role requires coordinating daily operations, supervising officers, and acting as Security Manager on Duty for small events.

• Must be able to supervise 24/7 security staffing and shift coverage.
• Experience coordinating incident responses and maintaining logs/reports.
• Knowledge of security protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Daily Security Operations and shift coverage.
• Monitor surveillance systems and coordinate incident responses.
• Supervise and lead escalated issues with patrons, VIPs, and staff.
• Coordinate event security for Padres games, concerts, and large gatherings.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and supervision of security staff.
• Develop emergency action plans and conduct drills.
