Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company Inc is seeking a Baseball Wool E World Attendant for the Durham Bulls home games in Durham, NC. This seasonal, part-time role supports safe and enjoyable inflatable games and activities in a busy family entertainment area, guiding guests and ensuring a positive experience.

You will explain rules, monitor lines, track game results, and report safety issues to a supervisor. The position requires at least 16 years old, a friendly attitude, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Friendly, guest-focused personality.
Ability to manage lines and communicate with guests.
Willingness to learn about the Durham Bulls and ballpark.
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Monitor inflatable games to support safe and orderly guest participation.
Explain activity rules and provide clear instructions to guests.
Manage lines and maintain an organized flow of participants.
Track contests, participation, or game results as assigned.
Maintain knowledge of the Durham Bulls, ballpark, and guest services.
Report equipment concerns, guest incidents, or safety issues to a supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
