Harri is seeking a Bakeshop Supervisor in the United States (Union City, CA) for immediate placement in our bakeshop operations. The role can be part-time or full-time and requires supporting the store management team to reach business goals through quality, sanitation, crew management, and cost controls.

The successful candidate will help implement programs, manage packaging operations, and maintain high food safety and service standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Team Leader experience in food or retail.
• Willing to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Assist the Bakeshop GM and store management in achieving business goals.
• Lead crew management activities and ensure quality and sanitation programs.
• Oversee cost management and packaging program operations.
• Support immediate placement and ongoing operations in the bakeshop.
