Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. is seeking a Bakeshop Supervisor to join our operations in the USA. This position can be part-time or full-time and requires immediate placement.

The successful candidate will assist the General Manager and store management in achieving store goals by implementing quality, sanitation, crew management, cost management, and packaged program operations across our bakeshop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, fast learner and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
