Job summary

Co-Dough LLC is seeking a Bakery Utility & Prep Associate to keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and ready for production each day. This hands-on role involves prep, inventory, stocking, cleaning, and general support to ensure the bakery resets properly for the next shift.

Ideal candidates are reliable, highly organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior bakery or food-service experience is a plus, and willingness to jump in wherever needed is important.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery, restaurant, warehouse, or cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-of-day cleaning and bakery reset.
• Wash dishes, equipment, sheet pans, bins, and utensils.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and break down cardboard.
• Clean and organize production areas, storage areas, coolers, and backstock.
• Take inventory and accurately record daily counts.
• Notify management when ingredients, packaging, beverages, or supplies are running low.
• Receive, check, organize, and put away deliveries.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and check expiration dates.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Assist with basic bakery and ingredient prep.
• Weigh and organize ingredients as needed.
• Move and organize flour, sugar, oil, boxes, and other bulk supplies.
• Assist the production team with general support tasks as needed.

Bakery Utility & Prep Associate

Co-Dough is looking for a reliable, hardworking Bakery Utility & Prep Associate to help keep our bakery clean, stocked, organized, and ready for production each day.

This is a hands-on, physical position that combines bakery prep, inventory, stocking, cleaning, and general support. A major responsibility of this role is making sure the bakery is fully cleaned, organized, and reset at the end of the day so the next day's team is ready to go.

Responsibilities
