Job summary

Five Daughters Bakery is seeking a 3rd Shift Overnight team member in Franklin, Tennessee to fry croissant-style doughnuts, bake cookies and Paleo doughnuts, and decorate pastries. You’ll infuse fillings, apply glazes, pipe creams, and garnish with homemade toppings in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role operates 10:00 pm–6:00 am with 20–30 hours weekly and weekend availability. Strong team player mentality, reliability, and readiness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Comfortable with physically strenuous, repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing and movement.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow directions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and have fun.
• Must be 18+ to apply.

Responsibilities

• Fry our signature croissant-style doughnuts
• Bake homemade cookies, Paleo doughnuts, and savory pastries

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow recipes, food-safety standards, and production procedures
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs

From learning to fry our croissant style doughnuts, to baking an assortment of our homemade cookies, paleo donuts and savory pastries. Our team infuses the donuts, tops with glazes, pipe creams, and garnishes with various homemade toppings. Our Mission is to enrich the lives of our communities with the love and light of Jesus.
