Job summary

Sheila's Baking Co. is seeking a dependable part-time pastry team member to start at 3:00 AM, frying and glazing doughnuts and fritters, baking cinnamon rolls and cruffins, and prepping the day ahead.

You will work a rotating schedule with two weeks of specific early shifts and Sundays and Mondays off, valuing speed and accuracy in a structured routine. Compensation is $20.50 per hour with short shifts and a busy pace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reliably arrive for a 3:00 AM start time.
• Demonstrates dependability, punctuality, and focus on quality.

We’re looking for a dependable, efficient person to join our pastry team at Sheila’s Baking Co.! You’ll be the first one in the bakery each morning, frying and glazing doughnuts & fritters, baking cinnamon rolls & cruffins, and getting everything ready for the day ahead.

Qualifications

THE SCHEDULE Schedule rotates every 2 weeks: Week 1: Tues & Thurs 3–6 AM | Sat 3–9 AM Week 2: Wed 3–6 AM | Fri 3–7 AM

• $20.50/hour
• Short 3–6 hour shifts
• Most of your day is still free
• Sundays + Mondays off
