Quality Brand Group LLC seeks a friendly Baker to join our Dunkin’ locations. You will be cross-trained in basic baking and general Crew Member duties, delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Training will cover baking functions and customer service.

The position supports part-time schedules and may lead to growth into management based on interest and performance. We value a positive team environment and a fun workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
• Have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (lift 30–50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests.
• Follow the communication guideline established in your store.
• Receive specialized training in baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
• Promote a positive team environment and deliver high guest satisfaction.
