Whole Foods Market in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly, team-oriented Bakery Team Member to support receiving, prepping, stocking, and selling products in alignment with WFM standards.

You will maintain clean displays, front-face cases, assist with sampling, inventory, and customer service, while following health and safety regulations and SOPs. The role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and display standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Stocking and cleaning shelves, bins and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leaders.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas full and appealing.
• Receives and completes opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
