Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Bakery Team Members in Salt Lake City to support daily operations, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service. You will maintain displays, assist with sampling, and help with inventory while upholding WFM standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, price accuracy, and engaging customers with proactive selling. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and apply suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing displays; front-face and stock shelves.
• Assist with sampling and inventory checks.

• Ensure signs and pricing accuracy; follow health and safety regulations.
• Open, mid, and closing duties as assigned; report safety hazards.
