Safeway in Monument, CO is looking for a friendly Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes and desserts and to assist customers with product questions. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake, decorate items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation to ensure high-quality results.

This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, good customer service, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and rotate/label ingredients; keep cases well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders to create a positive experience.
