You’ll assist customers, handle special orders, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on consistent quality and friendly service in the bakery department.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to provide friendly, timely, and helpful service.
• Experience preparing breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality and presentation.
• Prioritization and time management to maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Team collaboration to support bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products and decorate items.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Display products in full, well-stocked cases and assist customers.
• Support daily production planning with bakery team and respond to special orders.
