Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years Bakery experience.
• Dependable with flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly; positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; keep area clean.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment; clean shelves, floors, cases, and remove hazards.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team-oriented bakery.
