Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Associate in Shillington to support daily bakery operations, bake goods, package items, and maintain clean displays. You will follow safety rules, participate in shift start tasks, and help keep inventory accurate.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work 4+ hour shifts as needed. The team emphasizes care for customers and teamwork across store functions.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow safety rules.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake and display goods.
• Package, label, and wrap baked goods; clean display cases and work surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, and floors.
• Track and record loss and shrinkage
