Job summary

The GIANT Company in Berwick, PA is seeking dependable team members to assist bakery and service tasks, stock shelves, and keep displays fresh throughout shifts.

You'll follow safety rules, work as part of a team, and learn new skills while helping customers and communities. This role requires reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with 4-hour or longer shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow safety regulations.
• Must complete the 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use equipment and tools required for the job.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake per schedule.
• Package and wrap goods, print labels, label products, and clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss.
