Job summary

The GIANT Company in Conshohocken, PA is looking for a bakery-focused store team member who will help run daily operations, bake goods, and provide friendly service.

In this role you will assemble ingredients, place trays in ovens, package and label products, and maintain clean displays while following PPE and safety rules.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet attendance expectations; prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in order to complete job duties and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, bake goods, and handle display cases.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label products, clean display cases, and place fresh goods in cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
