Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Garden Grove is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help decorate and package cakes according to brand standards.

You will work in a friendly, fast-paced bakery environment, cross-training in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, with opportunities to support all bakery areas and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
