Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help with cake finishing, frosting, and packaging in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will be cross-trained across guest service, cake finishing, and frosting while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting daily bakery operations. Flexible scheduling and a friendly team atmosphere are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
