Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Redlands is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our bakery team. You will greet guests, help them pick products, and assist with cake finishing, frosting, and packaging in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, food-safe workspace, stocking, cleaning, and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Prior bakery experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
