Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to join our friendly bakery team in California. You will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting to support all areas of the bakery while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will greet guests, help them choose products, and ensure quick, accurate service in a clean, food-safe environment. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
