Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store position responsible for baking goods, prepping, packaging, labeling, and maintaining clean display cases. You will follow PPE rules and safety standards while assembling products for daily sale.

Ideal candidates read, write, and communicate well, have basic work experience or training, and are able to stand for shifts with physical requirements. This is a full-time on-site role with the GIANT team.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to perform duties.
• Must complete the company introductory period (probationary) of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet attendance standards.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, ovens, and racks.
• Package, wrap and label baked goods; clean display cases and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
