Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member for our bakery operations. You will review the shift schedule, prepare equipment and PPE, assemble and bake goods, and ensure clean, well-labeled displays with fresh product. You’ll also help with packaging, labeling, and loss tracking while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

As a valued team member, you’ll contribute to a community-focused store environment, wear the required uniform, and support daily bakery needs with reliability and care.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare the required equipment and PPE.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, bake goods.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label goods, clean display cases, and restock with fresh items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
