Job summary

The GIANT Company in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a retail store team member to support daily store operations. You will review the shift schedule, prepare equipment, comply with PPE requirements, and assist with baking and display tasks as needed.

You will package, label, clean, and maintain display cases while ensuring accurate loss tracking and adherence to safety and health standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer‑focused service.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete duties and follow policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for the job.
• Capable of performing all job functions safely.
• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in racks, and bake as required.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and apply labels, and refresh display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
