Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule and prepare equipment and PPE at start of shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and move through oven and display areas.
• Package, label, and wrap baked goods; sanitize work surfaces and tools.
• Clean display cases, floors, and counters; maintain hygiene standards.
• Track and record loss as part of inventory control.
