Our Bakery Team Leader manages the entire bakery team and ensures smooth operations. You will guide team members and guests in designing birthday cakes and arranging platters for parties. Leaders are responsible for the department's performance at all times. Represent the organization professionally, promote inclusion and diversity, and coach team members regularly to foster development and success.

Job Description

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; performance as a Peer Trainer or similar role; knowledge relevant to the department; good performance and discipline record
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Varies by department
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: None
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
