You will be the go-to person for guiding team members and guests in designing birthday cakes and arranging platters for parties. Leaders are responsible for the department's performance at all times. Represent the organization professionally, promote mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. Coach team members regularly with timely feedback, identifying opportunities for development and success.

Job Description

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; Performance as a Peer Trainer or similar role; Experience as an in-store champion (e.g., safety, service, wellness); Relevant product knowledge; Good performance and discipline record
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Varies by department
