The position requires coordinating with store leadership, managing supplies, merchandising, and supporting sales initiatives to deliver fresh, high-quality bakery products to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and pastry/bakery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Direct bakery department personnel and meet goals and objectives.
• Manage bakery operations when the bakery team lead is not on duty.
• Communicate with the bakery team lead, store director and bakery specialist.
• Order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Merchandise bakery goods per merchandising standards.
• Execute and support all sales and merchandising initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and train the team; evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with health department and weights & measures requirements.
• Monitor pricing, signage, and shelf placement.
