Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule at shift start, check PPE, and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team, stock items, adjust prices as needed.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in ovens, and bake.
• Package, label, and display baked goods; ensure freshness.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, display cases, and floors.
