Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification
• Ability to read, write and communicate to perform duties and follow safety policies
• Age 18 or older
• Complete 60-day probation
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Able to use required equipment and tools
• Perform all job functions safely
• Meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Wear assigned clothing and shoes
• 1 year work experience or technical training preferred
• Complete forklift-training program

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at start of shift and prepare duties in accordance with PPE requirements.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates and adjust pricing.
• Assemble and bake goods; place on trays, rack, and oven; bake and finish products.
• Package, label, and display baked goods; maintain clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
