Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake.
• Package and label baked goods, clean cases, and stock display.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss.
