Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior and resolving issues promptly.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and decorates finished products in a timely fashion.
• Decorates cakes and other bakery products using various designs and recipes.
• Assists Bakery Manager in daily bakery operations including merchandising and training.
• Oversees department inventories and scheduling to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitors product quality, freshness, and proper pricing; ensures correct production logs.
