Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decorates cakes and bakery products using designs or custom requests.
• Assists Bakery Manager in day-to-day bakery operations and scheduling.
• Monitors inventories and weekly sales to support accurate inventory and period-end counts.
• Develops merchandising plans and ensures correct pricing and production amounts.
• Ensures fresh, properly labeled and rotated products with appropriate signage.
