Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations, driving department performance.

You will oversee inventory, product quality, displays, safety compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This role requires two years of supervisory experience in retail grocery and a commitment to health and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Department operations.
• Order and manage inventory, ensure product quality, and supervise the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and monitor quality of Bakery products.
• Unload deliveries and operate bakery/deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
