BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring for a bakery-related role. You will proof and bake unfinished bakery goods, unpack and display items per production guidelines, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the bakery area.

Responsibilities include assisting members with bakery selections, following daily production charts, and ensuring products are fresh and properly stocked for a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts per production chart.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily bakery tasks as assigned.
• Answer questions and assist members with bakery items.
• Proof, bake, and display bakery products according to production plans.
• Rotate and store bakery items following food safety and freshness policies.
• Ensure all products are fresh and meet quality standards.
