Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a reliable Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes and desserts for our store bakery. You will measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items while keeping a clean, organized workspace and ensuring cases are full and visually appealing.

You will assist customers with product questions, take special orders, and partner with the bakery team to plan daily production to meet store needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products.
• Decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; rotate and label ingredients.
• Display products in full, well-stocked, appealing cases.
• Plan daily production with bakery team; support store operations.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders; provide friendly service.
