• Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with bakery team and independently to keep operations running smoothly.

• Skill in safely operating mixers, ovens and bakery equipment.
• Capability to stand for long periods and lift items in temperature-controlled areas.
