Job summary

The role involves measuring, mixing, shaping, and decorating, plus keeping a clean workspace, labeling ingredients, and stocking display cases. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Rotate and label ingredients and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Display products in full, well‑stocked, visually appealing cases.
• Plan daily production with bakery team and keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders.
• Support a fast‑paced environment focused on quality and satisfaction.
