Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Team Member to proof, bake and display unfinished bakery goods, adhering to product handling guidelines and production charts. You will assist in packaging, labeling and managing daily bakery operations to ensure freshness and quality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on member satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Uses bakery production charts for production and display needs.
• Gathers products to be prepared for the next business day.
• Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments and rotates stock.
