Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following production charts and using ovens and other equipment.
• Packages freshly baked goods and prepares items for display and next day needs.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following safety, freshness, and handling policies.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments.
• Ensures products are fresh, accurately priced, and meets quality standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, fixtures, and surfaces in the bakery.
