Albertsons Companies seeks an energetic Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate items, and ensure presentation quality.

You will maintain a clean work area, rotate ingredients, assist customers with questions and special orders, and collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to answer questions
• Experience preparing breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and measurements
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality and presentation standards
• Prioritize tasks, production schedules, and maintain clean, organized workspace
• Familiarity with proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ability to work with bakery team to drive daily operations
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing production needs
• Operate bakery equipment safely per guidelines
• Stand for long periods, lift/move items, and work in varying temperatures
