Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts to standard recipes while maintaining quality and presentation. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate cakes, and ensure cases are well stocked.

In a fast-paced bakery environment, you will interact with customers, take special orders, rotate stock, and keep a clean, safe work area. Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, bake and decorate items as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and rotate/label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders.
