Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to lead by example and motivate others.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while delivering great service.
• Coach and motivate crew members with clear direction and support.
• Prioritize tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Maintain product quality, safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates with store leadership to keep the bakery running smoothly.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team.
