Responsibilities

• Train, coach and lead bakers, drivers and shift leads.
• Delegate tasks to learn and hold accountable.
• Provide friendly and fast service for customers.
• Manage staff efficiently to control labor costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are properly followed.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
