Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Shift Leader or in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to create shift schedules and manage cash.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during shifts and supervise employees.
• Create and manage shift schedules; deal with no-shows and reassign tasks.
• Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Report issues that arise during shifts to management.
• Manage employee requests and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.
• Handle customer issues and employee disputes.
