7 Leaves Café in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the manager in daily cafe operations. The role covers 25-30 hours per week with varying hours, typically 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays. You will delegate tasks, maintain a safe environment, and ensure smooth operations when the manager isn’t present.

Ideal candidates will lift up to 50 lbs, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to lead a busy bakery team.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage bakery operations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operations maintained with or without a manager present.
• Remain calm in stressful situations and assist team members.
• Communicate clearly with team and manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Create a positive team environment and support team members.
• Assist with solving problems to increase efficiency.
• Execute opening/closing duties and bakery operations with punctuality.
• Ensure orders and inventory are received and organized.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
