Job summary

Insomniacookies is seeking a Shift Leader for their UoL store in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will oversee bakery operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a productive environment. You’ll lead the Cookie Crew, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Enjoy flexible part-time schedules, paid time off, and other perks at our exciting workplace!
