Job summary

Crumbl Naperville is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service.

You will create shift schedules, handle cash deposits, delegate tasks, address no-shows, and report issues to the store manager. A strong leader with food service or retail experience will help maintain smooth, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service or retail leadership experience
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe)

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
