Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our MSU store in Mankato, MN. You will lead the team during a shift, ensure great customer service, bake and prepare products, and manage operations with a focus on safety and clean standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Able to lead by example and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and training team members.
• Lead the cookie crew in baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with the Cookie Crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow food safety practices.
• Handle cash and deposits.
